On July 16, 2015, a meeting of the coordination Council of the Kurgan rebar cluster chaired by the Governor of the Kurgan region Alexey G. Kokorin was held, at which a decision was made to join the cluster of the Temper plant LLC"

Among the enterprises of the cluster are such large plants of the region as JSC AK "Corvette", CJSC "Kurganspetsarmatura", CJSC "kataysky pump plant", LLC "Enterprise " Sensor", LLC "Quark", LLC NPF "MKT-ASDM" and others. Enterprises successfully complement each other: some produce technically complex, expensive products, others components for pipeline valves, others specialize in the development, testing and production of new designs.
Today the Kurgan region is one of the leaders in the supply of pipeline valves to the Russian market. The share of enterprises in the region accounts for 20% of all innovative patented developments in the field of valves. Joint work of reinforcement enterprises of TRANS-Urals allows to increase not only economic growth of the region, but also of the country as a whole.

Kurgan territorial-industrial cluster "new technologies of armature construction" is intended to unite industrial enterprises and authorities to solve common problems in the development of this industry. The leadership and coordination of the cluster was assumed by the Governor of the Kurgan region. Within the cluster, it is possible to implement projects that will receive government support, including financial support. A number of projects have already been approved and their financing has been agreed. One of the most important projects in Kurgan will be the creation Of a center for testing, certification and standardization of pipeline valves. Now there are two such centers in the country, and they work on outdated equipment.
Temper has also already initiated a number of proposals to the government to improve the reinforcement industry from the legislative side, which have been accepted for consideration.
The Temper plant plans to fully use all the opportunities of the cluster Association for the implementation of measures aimed at improving the market of pipeline valves and improving the reliability of heat and gas supply networks.
