TEMPER switched to two-shift mode!

The Temper company since April, 2015 passed to a two-shift mode of work. Now the production of TEMPER steel ball valves takes place 7 days a week, without weekends and holidays.

Since the beginning of the year, the plant has been gradually increasing production, preparing for the upcoming season. But the increased demand for TEMPER cranes has led to the need to increase production volumes in a short time to meet all the needs for ball valves of our customers. The transition to double-shift mode of operation allowed to increase the daily output of products by 40% due to a longer working shift and almost double the monthly production figures.

The staff was increased by more than 20% to provide two-shift work. But the growth in the number of personnel did not stop there. At the plant and now organized new jobs, and is receiving employees. In addition, the plant has equipped the production with additional equipment to ensure a balanced production of parts and the organization of a continuous production process.
