TEMPER PLANT PARTICIPATED IN THE "JOB FAIR"

On June 23, the second stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair "Work of Russia. Time of Opportunities" took place in Kurgan.

Staff shortage is one of the acute problems of the plant. Production volumes are growing, new products are launched, manufacturing park is expanding. To realize numerous projects of the plant, new employees - the main resource of each enterprise - are in great demand.

At the "Job Fair" representatives of the TEMPER plant met with job seekers. The event became a convenient platform for attracting new employees. Representatives of TEMPER told about the advantages of working at the plant directly to the audience: strict compliance with legislative norms, choice of a suitable work schedule, delivery of employees to work and from it, provision of workwear and means of protection. They also told about the peculiarities of production, and what professions are in demand today.
