TEMPER HAS OPENED ITS DOORS TO FUTURE ENGINEERS AND WORKERS OF THE KURGAN REGION

The past week at the TEMPER pipeline fittings plant was marked by career guidance. Students of schools and specialized secondary educational establishments from different parts of the Kurgan region were able to see with their own eyes the work of a modern industrial enterprise.

For many teenagers, this was the first visit to such a production, which made a strong impression and dispelled stereotypes about factory work. Those who have already visited other enterprises noted the high level of technological equipment and organization of processes at our enterprise.

The main purpose of these visits is to help the younger generation choose their way of life. The students not only saw modern professions in action, but also got acquainted with the working conditions, as well as with the final products of the plant, which are in demand both in the domestic market and abroad.

"We hope that this meeting with real production will help students decide on their future profession and make a conscious, correct choice. Perhaps, for some of them, it will be connected with our company," said Sergey Doronin, CEO of Temper LLC.

The plant continues to actively participate in the social and educational life of the region, realizing its responsibility for the formation of the personnel reserve of the future.
