On September 9-10 in Moscow NP "Russian heat supply" held the traditional leading industry conference "Heat Supply 2015: anti-Crisis response". The conference was organized with the support and participation of representatives of the State Duma Committee on energy, the Ministry of construction and housing of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation, the Public chamber of the Russian Federation. Co-organizers-NP "Corporate educational and scientific center of the unified energy system" And the center for interregional communications.
On September 9, during the plenary session "Legislative regulation in heat supply" the main problems of the industry and their solutions were discussed. Participants from different regions of Russia shared their experience of anti-crisis measures in an unstable economic situation.
The next day of the conference during the discussion on "improving the reliability of heat networks" considered ways to organize the procurement of heat supply companies in order to prevent the supply of low-quality products for the device of heat networks. The approaches of JSC FORTUM and JSC heating network of St. Petersburg were considered in detail.
The second main topic of the day was devoted to import substitution on the example of domestic valves for heating systems. The absolute majority of companies consider it necessary to use the products of Russian manufacturers at the heat supply facilities of our country. These measures are aimed primarily at improving reliability in the energy sector, reducing dependence on foreign suppliers and significant savings in the budget for the purchase of valves.
At the XII Open Annual General Meeting of members of NP "Russian heat supply" the report on the done work was discussed and tasks for the next period are planned.
The company "Temper" and in the future plans to take an active part in the Activities aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of heat supply systems.
