STAFF TRAINING ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED AT TEMPER PLANT

The working meeting of representatives of the Department of Education and Science of the Kurgan Region, regional secondary educational institutions and heads of industrial enterprises was held on the territory of Temper plant.

The enterprise LLC “Temper” was the first production base visited by the "staff suppliers". Temper manufactures steel ball valves and has a full working cycle: from billet to packaging. The machine park includes more than 130 units of modern high-tech turning, milling, welding and other equipment with program control allowing to produce more than 40,000 valves per month. In its segment, LLC “Temper” is among the top three leaders in the Russian market; it is a fast-growing company with far-reaching plans, therefore the issue of staff is a matter of the future for Temper.

"Our company is constantly working on expanding its product range, increasing productivity and sales geography, and we need new employees all the time. Working occupations are mostly in demand: welders, Computer Numerical Control machine operators, turners.
