NEW PRODUCT LINE: BRASS BALL VALVES!

This year TEMPER has introduced a new product line: brass ball valves.

The valves have a wide range of applications in various pipelines:

- cold (including drinking) and hot water supply,

- heat supply, water steam,

- liquid hydrocarbons,

- compressed air,

- natural gas,

- on technological pipelines transporting oil products, fuels and lubricants and other liquids that are not aggressive to the valves’ materials

 For usability we have made different versions of the products:

- by connection type: female or male threads in various combinations, packing nut (“American”)

- by diameter: from 15 to 50 mm;

- by pressure: 2.5 and 4.0 MPa.

The design of brass valves is developed in a strict accordance with Russian standards (GOST-R 59553-2021).

The product has undergone numerous tests before being put into realization, as a result of which the valves have proven to be highly reliable. Brass with improved strength characteristics is used for manufacturing the valves. Additional protection against corrosion is provided by nickel-plated coating. All this allows the factory to provide a 10-year warranty for the product.

In addition to the guarantee, we have insured our products: in case of product failure the insurance company will compensate the damage caused by the accident.

Our engineers modified the design of a standard brass valve to reduce the cost of the product without sacrificing reliability and quality. This allows our customers to save budget both at the stage of purchase and at the stage of operation.

Brass valves have completed TEMPER’s range of steel valves, making possible to cover the demand for all types of ball valves in the pipeline system by TEMPER production.
