HAS CONTACT: TEMPER PLANT AND ESAB EXPAND COOPERATION

15.06.23

We have expanded the range of welding equipment at the production site. Together with the distributor "Svarka ES" ESAB delivered Fabricator EM 500i current sources with Fabricator Feed 364 wire feeder.

The new Fabricator EM 500i is an inverter semi-automatic welding machine for heavy industrial welding. The model is in demand in industries such as general engineering, production of road construction and special-purpose vehicles, mining and processing equipment, pipe assemblies and many other areas of industrial welding. The advantages of the machine are the repetitive quadruple mode and minimum of welding spatter.

"TEMPER" is a plant for the production of steel ball valves which has been operating in the Russian market since 2013. One of the stages of valve manufacturing is welding of its body and neck. The company has previously purchased ESAB equipment (Aristo 4004i Pulse machines with Aristo Feed 3004 U8 module).

- "Our production volumes are growing rapidly: today we produce more than 500,000 valves per year. The welding process is a crucial part of the industrial chain, and, increasing our production volumes, we need additional process capacity. With the support of ESAB and “Svarka ES”, we have started to integrate the Fabricator EM 500i with the Fabricator Feed 364 wire feeder. The decisive factor in continuing our cooperation with these companies is the service support at all stages of implementation. ESAB and “Svarka ES” specialists not only helped us to choose the optimal equipment, but also trained our employees," — said Alexey Stavtsev, Production Director at TEMPER.

- "Each of our project is individual. We do not just put the equipment and materials, but give technology helps to solve individual challenges of our customers. The inverter in our new Fabricator range is reliable and simple at first glance, but has a high potential when you get to know it in more detail. We hope that the plant will be able to unlock this potential and use it to maximum effect for its productivity," — said Denis Murinsky, Equipment Manager, ESAB Russia and CIS.
