In accordance with the order of the Ministry of sports of the Russian Federation for the successful implementation of standards TRP gold insignia were awarded to employees of the plant Temper.

Recall, the complex "Ready for labor and defense" was approved in the USSR in March 1931. In the late 1980s, the "TRP" complex was abolished and revived by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin only in March 2014. The TRP system includes 11 levels of difficulty in meeting the standards, depending on age and gender, ranging from 6 to 70 years and older.

The main purpose of the revival of TRP is to promote sports and increase the number of citizens leading an active and healthy lifestyle.
Today, physical education classes in some educational institutions are held for show, many children are exempt from them for medical reasons. Talking about adults and not worth it, few of them in their spare time ready to jog or work out on the bar.
